Dato' Mohamed Darus bin Mahmud
D.P.S.K, P.S.P.P, K.M.N

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Dato’ Mohamed Darus bin Mahmud is the founder of Seven Force Sdn Bhd. He served with distinction in the Royal Malaysia Police Force retiring in Oct 2007 with the rank of Senior Asst. Commissioner I as the Deputy Director of Management.

He served for four years at the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Secretariat, beginning as Asst. Chief of staff with the rank of Senior Asst. Commissioner II under the Honorable IGP Tan Sri Mohd Bakri bin Hj Omar as well as the Honorable IGP Tan Sri Musa bin Hj Hassan.

He also served in various other positions in the Royal Malaysia Police Force, and these include notable positions in the Special Branch (many positions) in the states of Negeri Sembilan, Penang and Police HQ in Kuala Lumpur as well as at the RMP College in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur where he headed the School of International Relations and Strategic Studies (1996-2001).

Dato’ Mohamed Darus is a graduate of the National University of Nottingham, United Kingdom where he did his post-graduate Masters in International Relations. Whilst in the Police service, he has attended a wide range of professional courses at institution locally and abroad, including Washington and Honolulu. He also represented the Royal Malaysia Police at Conferences and Symposiums overseas on several occasions, including in Germany, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Australia and Thailand.

Presently, he is an active member of the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) since early 2008. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Police Visitation Week since 2008 and Members of the Sub-Committee include representatives from the Royal Malaysia Police, National Unity and Integration Department of the Prime Minister’s Office, and the MCPF Secretariat.
